The oak tree of knowledge is in downtown Arcadia, Florida. This city in Desoto County has a special flair. It is nice there to look for some antiques, have a good lunch in old fashioned restaurants or visit a rodeo.
Last week on my morning walk at Manasota Beach, I saw this little crab. It was not running away like crabs normally do. It was just sitting, with some seaweed on top and observing me. So I had enough time to get a good shot with my camera. I have tried to catch this special moment.

Here in Florida there is one sunrise greater than the other. Every day I feel another excitement wathcing the cloudy skies with its colorful sunrises and sunsets. Three days ago I watched the early sunrise, first the dark and then this shift into a pinky sky with a lot of clouds covering the sun, until the sun has won and the clouds were gone
